Comfortable 3 bed/1.5 bath beach house w/ back deck & outdoor seating. Plenty of seating in living room which transitions into dining area and front entry. 2 blocks to beach/convention center. Rent to renters 25 yrs and older, no parties/events. TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED
Fully equipped Kitchen with gas range is perfect for family style cooking. Flat screen smart TVs in living room, Bedrooms and loft have smart TV appropriately sized for the space.
4th Bedroom Loft – As an optional rental add-on, the 4th Bedroom Loft area has 4 twin beds and large area for kids to play. Not very inviting for tall people, it is adequate for adults to sleep, and the loft is air conditioned.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home by way of pre-arranged keypad code, as well as the loft (if they rent that optional space) The back deck and patio are exclusive to the Tuts guest.
